Soul of the Waves captains the Waverider, a small cargo sloop with a local trade route. Soul has a special place in his heart for his original home in Emerald Point, and would like to see the villagers prosper. Soothing Waves has Soul's gratitude for ending the pirate raids, though not for “stealing the 'Wave' name.”
Soul of the Waves is tanned and good looking. Most often, Soul can be found snoozing under a fancy hat, or talking excitedly with visitors.
