====Captain Tepet Whiteblade====

Tepet Whiteblade is a Captain at the Realm garrison in [[Kirighast]]. He is earth aspected, and has white hair and armor. 
The Circle has encountered him two times, and he seems to have a history with [[Rain]].
The first time was when the circle extracted Rain from the Dancing Unicorn. The second was more recently, when [[Tatcys]] stole two bags of jade and a bag of special firedust from him.
