Brilliant Parakeet is something of an enigma. He is reluctant to discuss his past farther back than five years prior, when he arrived at Muddy Reefs. Since then, he has built an impressive fortune and a reputation as one of the finest jewelers in this corner of creation. 

He wears long sleeves to hide extensive scarring on his forearms.
