Cora

Now Rann the Kite brings home the night
That Mang the Bat sets free—
The herds are shut in byre and hut
For loosed till dawn are we.
This is the hour of pride and power,
Talon and tush and claw.
Oh, hear the call!—Good hunting all
That keep the Jungle Law!

Backstory

Cora Woodsheart grew up in Channath Vale in the Shaar.

Cora showed great promise in spellcrafting from a young age. Upon becoming a Druid, she and her trusty companion and mount Lyall began a pilgrimage to the holy Grandfather Tree in the High Forest of the North.

Cora met Odo Sawyer in the High Forest, who told her about a job guarding a caravan. Having no future plans after completing her pilgrimage, she agreed to accompany the caravan as a guard and healer.
