__//Background://__  The Building Inspectors decide to expand their reach and want to run a hospital.  

__//The Score://__  The Building Inspectors invite all the elite to a party at the Centuralia club.  Melfina and Tesslyn Strangford met up and attemped to bury the hatchet.  Melfina is given a dress similar to the one she stole off of Tesslyn Strangford.  She puts on the dress and wears it for the rest of the night not knowing it was an insult.  Needle & Artemis work on Tesslyn and convince her to donate land for the Building Inspectors to build a hospital with Building Inspectors funds.
